FAQ

Refunds:

 We can only issue a refund if items are defective,  damaged, and mistakes on our part. All other returns will be issued a store credit if accepted. 

Turnaround Time:

All Items ship in 5/14 business days through USPS or UPS! Preorder Turnaround time is 14/28 business days does not include holidays & weekends! If you place an add on order the turnaround time extends because you added on to your original order. I will work as fast as I can to get it out!

What is the response time for an email?

If emailing or messaging during business hours you can expect a response within anywhere from a half hour to 24 business hours. 


What happens if my package is lost? 

If your package appears to be lost, you will need to contact USPS and me! The only information we have about tracking is whatever the website shows when the tracking number is typed in but I will call usps and see if you paid insurance to help start a claim or a reorder. I will try my best to help find it also and see what I can do. We offer route insurance also to help! 

 

What happens if I received the incorrect item or my item is damaged?

In the event that this happens we must be notified within 3 business days of the package being delivered. When we are notified we will then take the necessary steps to correct the issue. I apologize if this happens I will fix it! Sale items are final sale no exchanges due to them being discount!

The package must be scanned into USPS within 5 calendar days.
